The World University Federation is governed by a chairman, a president, and three vice presidents. The vice presidents oversee the three executive offices of the federation.

The Office of Administration and Enrollment Management manages all administrative matters of the federation, including course enrollment and membership management.

The Office of Academic Affairs offers and manages distance-learning courses in support of the mission of the Federation. There are professional diploma courses, as well as accredited degree programs and certificate courses. Accredited degree programs and courses are being offered in collaboration with the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut, U.S.A.

The Office of Planning, Development, and Public Relations is responsible for the planning and development of the Federation, including public relations and collaborations with partner organizations and institutions.
